Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

•  The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
•  The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used health and wellness products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

1. Email Us at info@vayuwellness.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Attach Images if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Our Team Will Review the request and provide further instructions.

4. Return the Product via our designated courier service.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days:

For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

 For COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account or as store credit.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Non-Refundable Items

 Used, opened, or damaged products due to customer mishandling.

 Items returned beyond the 7-day return window.

 Products purchased during special sales, promotional offers, or clearance sales (unless defective).

5. Replacements & Exchanges

     • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost.

     • Exchanges are only allowed for identical products due to defects or damages.

6. Order Cancellations

     • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

     • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you can request a return after receiving the item.
