     • Dispatch Time: After processing, orders are shipped within 2-4 business days, depending on stock availability.

5. Tracking Your Order

     • You can track your package using the provided tracking link or by visiting the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts & Issues

     • Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your order.

     • If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, it may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.

     • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team within 48 hours for assistance.

7. International Shipping

     • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

     • Delivery time may vary based on customs processing in your country.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

     • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours.
